The invention relates to a flat bar for a card, which flat bar has a support body with a clothing receiving part and a back part, according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known flat bar (EP 0 794 272 A), the coupling between the cover and a toothed belt is achieved by a cylindrical form fit without fixed retainer. The toothed belts are positioned at their ends by means of cavities provided in the toothed belt and by means of a pin of circular cross-section, the axis of which extends transversely of the toothed belt at each end of the cover. At each end of the lid, a horizontal pin of circular cross-section is fixed for insertion into the cylindrical cavity. The pin is cylindrical in shape and has a size that is coherent with the cavity to allow the lid to be driven along its travel. The pins are in the support body of the lid, e.g. fixed by a force fit (non-positive) or by a screw connection.
At the two ends of the support body of the cover, in a position which is arranged close to the foot surface, two support pins are formed of wear-resistant material, e.g. alloy steel positioned and intended to slide horizontally on which sliding guides slide to support the lids facing the drum. The horizontal pin for insertion into the cylindrical cavity of the toothed belt is fixed in a position which is located relatively further from the lower foot surface of the support body.
A disadvantage of the known flat bar is that the connection of the components by pressing (press fit) of the pin is made. In this case, the pin and the recess can be plastically deformed. Due to the plastic deformation of the driving pin can not be reused after removal. It also interferes that a press fit is difficult to solve in practice. Finally, the geometry of the support body is affected by the pen.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a flat rod of the initially mentioned type which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, in which in particular the connection between the flat rod and driving element easily detachable and the driving element is reusable and no impairment of the geometry of the support body ,
The solution of this object is achieved according to the invention by a flat bar with the features of independent claim 1.
According to the invention fastening means are provided for a positive connection of the driving element with the support body. The fastening means is reversibly detachable. A significant advantage is that with this type of attachment the driving elements on the flat bars with simple tools on site on the card can be quickly and easily removed and installed. It is particularly advantageous here that the fastening means are reversibly releasably attachable to the flat bars, so that they can be used again after replacement. Advantageously, the driver has at its one end via a clip which engages in a recess of the flat bar. The depression can be conveniently produced by machining only at the two ends of the flat bar.
The dependent claims have advantageous developments of the inventive flat bar to the object.

The parts of the steel pins 14, 14 projecting beyond the end faces of the cover leg 14b slide on the convex outer surface 20a of the sliding guide 20 in the direction of the arrow B. By the invention, the driving element 23 is positively connected by clips 25 and 29 with the support body 14c of the flat bar 14, wherein the clips 25 and 29 are reversibly detachable. The driving element 23 is advantageously connected by the clips or snap connection in a simple manner and in a short time both with the support body 14c and detachable from the support body 14c. Another advantage is that the clip elements 25 and 29 can be re-installed and used after removal.
Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment of the clip connection, in which on the driving element 23 in one piece a compressible from two sides clip element 29 (snap connection) is mounted. The clip element 29 is rounded and is positively engaged with a correspondingly rounded recess 30 in the support body 14c.
